Cartograph is a free, browser-local designer for goal-driven systems — AI agents, workflows and autonomous services — built on the BOLT strategy notation. Every action connects a lower-value state to a higher-value one, so outcomes are constrained by the lifecycle: you cannot prompt your way to an outcome the lifecycle cannot reach.
It draws four diagrams over one shared model — the system around the outcome, the outcome lifecycle itself, the ecosystem each state lives in, and the redline of anti-outcomes. Nothing you draw leaves your device.
